The migration from geeklog is now complete. I was able to export the existing posts and convert them into org files. Exporting the data turned out to be pretty easy since I wasn't using any of the advanced features.

I was able to get by with just exporting the data from gl_stories with the following script.

Here is the perl script that I used to parse the data and create org posts. The formatting wasn't perfect but it was close enough.
